Precision Cooling System

Row-level precision cooling for high-density data centers and server rooms.

The HR Series in-row precision air conditioner installs directly between your server cabinets, removing heat at the source instead of cooling the whole room.

It holds a stable, precisely controlled temperature and humidity - protecting critical equipment in high-density rooms where conventional air conditioning struggles.

A single unit covers 12–70 kW, and units work together under group control as the load grows, with redundancy for continuous operation.

IN ROW COOLING SYSTEM

Key capabilities.

  • Air-cooled (DX) or chilled-water

  • 300/600 mm in-row widths

  • Anti-corrosion build, long service life

Why it wins?

  • High-density capable : 12-70 kW per unit, close-coupled at the rack.

  • Continuous operation : Up to 32-unit group control with N+1 redundancy.

  • Precise temp & humidity : Sealeddoor-shaftconnector; 30,000 units deployed.

  • Smart & efficient : Touchscreen + remote monitoring; inverter & EC fans.

Where you'd use it

  • Highest-density racks : Heat loads no room AC or in-row can fully absorb.

  • Modular & micro-module DCs : Cooling at every cabinet in the module.

  • Cold / hot-aisle data centers : Close-couple the heat before it mixes.

  • Space-constrained rooms : No extra floor area; mounts on the cabinet.

Features & technology

  • How is it different from room AC? — It cools in the row, at the heat source, handling high-density racks where room AC can't keep up.

  • How do we manage it?— 7" touchscreen plus remote monitoring (Modbus / SNMP) and self-diagnostics.

  • Does it control humidity? — Yes - precise temperature and humidity control keeps equipment in a safe envelope.

  • Air-cooled or chilled-water? — Both: DX for standalone sites, chilled-water with a CW plant. 12-70 / 25–65 kW.

Specifications

Air-cooled (DX)

Chilled-water (CW)

Common - 380 V 3-ph 50 Hz (entry models 220 V) R410A ±1°C / +5% RH group control up to 32 units, N+1- 7" touchscreen, Modbus / SNMP footprint 300 or 600 × 1200 × 2000 / 2200 mm (WxD×H).

Questions, answered

  • Close-coupled design — row-level cooling at the rack (300/ 600 mm).

  • Temp & humidity control — ±1°C / ±5% RH precision.

  • Group control & redundancy — up to 32 units, N+1 for continuous uptime.

  • Inverter compressor + EC fans — variable capacity, efficient and quiet.

  • Smart control — 7" touchscreen, Modbus / SNMP monitoring, self-diagnostics.

  • Flexible & durable — air-cooled or chilled-water; anti-corrosion build.

Cooling built into the cabinet.

The HSI Series rack-mounted precision air conditioner slides into the base of a standard 19-inch cabinet and cools the rack from within — no separate floor space needed.

It handles single-cabinet heat loads up to 15 kW, holding precise, stable temperatures for high-density racks, edge sites and small server rooms.

The indoor unit plugs in like any rack appliance, with the outdoor unit and refrigerant module integrated for a quick, simple install.

RACK MOUNTED PRECISION COOLING

Key capabilities.

  • Air-cooled, integrated outdoor unit

  • Fits standard 19" cabinets (5U–10U)

  • Plug-in install, auto-restart

Why it wins?

  • Single-cabinet cooling :4–15 kW right where the heat is, inside the rack.

  • Fast, simple install :Slides into the cabinet base; quick-connect lines.

  • Precise control : DC inverter compressor and PID keep temperatures stable.

  • Smart & efficient : Remote monitoring; EC fan; efficient part-load operation.

Where you'd use it

  • Growing server rooms : Add cooling in step with new cabinets, row by row.

  • Modular & prefab data centers : Cooling for single- and dual-row contained aisles.

  • High-density racks : Densities that overwhelm conventional room cooling.

  • Colocation halls : Predictable, per-row cooling for mixed tenants.

Features & technology

  • How is it different from room AC? — It cools inside the cabinet, at the rack, so a single high-density rack stays cool without flooding the whole room.

  • Is it hard to install?— No- the indoor unit slides into the cabinet base and plugs in; the outdoor unit is one integrated body.

  • How much can one unit handle? — Up to 15 kW per cabinet, across four models (4 / 8 / 12 / 15 kW).

  • How do we manage it? — Remote monitoring over standard comms, with auto-restart and simple factory presets.

Questions, answered

  • Drawer design — indoor unit slides into the 19" cabinet base.

  • Integrated outdoor unit — outdoor and refrigerant module in one body.

  • Remote monitoring — dual RJ45 comms; real-time status.

  • DC inverter + EC fan — precise, efficient and quiet operation.

  • Precise control — PID control adapts to the cabinet load.

  • Simple operation — factory presets; auto-restart on power recovery.

Cooling at the back of the rack.

The HXK Series rear-door heat exchanger replaces the cabinet's rear door and removes heat the moment it leaves the servers — close-coupled cooling for the highest-density racks.

It needs no extra floor space and no structural change to the cabinet; the heat-pipe version uses no compressor, no pump, and keeps water out of the IT room.

Available as heat-pipe or chilled-water, single- or double-door, from 3 to 24 kW per cabinet (with high-density wall versions beyond).

REAR DOOR COOLING

Key capabilities.

  • Heat-pipe or chilled-water

  • Single- or double-door (100% redundancy)

  • No structural change to the cabinet

Why it wins?

  • Built for high density : 3–24kWpercabinet,rightat the heat source.

  • Safe & water-free : Phase-changecooling; no condensate, no water in the room.

  • Proven & reliable : Sealeddoor-shaftconnector; 30,000 units deployed.

  • 100% redundancy : Double-doorversionkeeps cooling if one side stops.

Where you'd use it

  • Highest-density racks : Heat loads no room AC or in-row can fully absorb.

Features & technology

  • How is it different from room AC? — It cools at the back of the rack, taking heat the instant it leaves the servers ideal for densities room AC can't handle.

  • What about redundancy?— The double-door version gives 100% redundancy cooling continues if one side stops.

  • Does water enter the IT room? — No, the heat-pipe version uses phase-change refrigerant; no compressor, no pump, no condensate.

  • Heat-pipe or chilled-water? —Heat-pipe for the simplest, water-free install; chilled-water with a CW plant. 3–24 kW per cabinet.
